Dr. Lebovic has committed her career to the delivery of women’s healthcare, with a special interest in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with breast cancer.

Internationally recognized for her ground-breaking work as an Oncoplastic Surgeon, Dr. Lebovic is also highly regarded as a creative inventor and entrepreneur in medical device development.
At the 2014 World Congress of Breast Healthcare, she received the prestigious “Pathfinder Award”
shared by well-known pioneers Professor Umberto Veronesi, Dr. Laszlo Tabar, and others.

In addition, she received the 2012 “Spirit of Achievement Award” from the American Cancer Society in recognition of her talents as a skilled surgeon and her success in commercializing numerous innovative medical products. While an attending surgeon at Stanford Medical center, Dr. Lebovic worked as Director of the Bay Area Breast Center. In 2004 she was appointed as Co-Director of the
USC-Norris Comprehensive Breast Center, and then went on to become Director of Women’s
Healthcare at the Cooper Clinic in Dallas, Texas. In 2007 she founded the “School of Oncoplastic
Surgery” with a grant from the Mary Kay Ash Foundation.
